On Oct. 26, 2011 Dr. Jan Mütter (Director at IT.NRW) and Veronika Dinius (Student in Karlshochschule’s Master Program “Leadership” and assistent to the CIO of EnBW) officially present the findings of the common study conducted by Karlshochschule International University and the German Project Management Association (GPM) at the PM Forum 2011 – the 28th International German Project Management Forum in Nuremberg.

The study “The Effect of Change Management on the Success of IT-Projects” authored by Dr. Dorothee Feldmüller, Dr. Katharina Kettner, Dr. Jan Mütter (GPM – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V.), Veronika Dinius, Johannes Müller and Prof. Dr. Lutz Becker (Masterprogramm Leadership at Karlshochschule International University) combines a unique evaluative and interpretative approach to the success factors of change management in IT projects. Among others the study discusses a variety of leadership issues to be addressed in transformation processes.
